Shipping Policy

At Stellarhaus, we are committed to getting your order to you efficiently and safely. This policy outlines our shipping procedures for customers within New Zealand.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are very simple. If you're order is under $50 there is a flat rate NZ wide of $9.00

If your order value is $50 or more then shipping is FREE :)

Delivery Times

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your order confirmation. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once dispatched, delivery times are estimated as follows:

• North Island: 2-4 business days

• South Island: 1-3 business days

• Rural Deliveries: Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for rural addresses.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and unforeseen delays due to courier issues, weather events, or other external factors can occasionally occur.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your parcel's journey.

Important Shipping Notes

• Delivery Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or misdeliveries. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

• Signature Required: For security, we may require a signature upon delivery for certain high-value orders. If you are not home, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.

• Public Holidays: Please be aware that public holidays in New Zealand may affect processing and delivery times.
